Read it right. A pass shows payment intent, not retention, and does not solve liability. Before building, find the law-firm partner who would draft and stand behind the texts.
Method lesson. Search the exact offer before claiming a gap. "No app does texts and banner together" looked like a gap until the law firm's own Shopify page showed the cookie tool inside the package.
