Verdict and what would reopen it

STOP

Do not build the idea as written. Every version we could define already has a seller at or below €29, and the one promise that would make salons switch, "keep your calendar", has no published way in.

4

Selling is hard and slow

No cold email without consent (§ 7 UWG). 8.9% monthly churn leaves about €320 a salon.

Atested below, only with a partner

A partner, not a product.

  • One salon software without its own AI agent (Shore, studiolution, Salonized) lets a bot write bookings, in writing
  • It promotes the add-on to its salons: market and sales channel in one
  • €29 with a booking cap, so a busy salon does not cost more than it pays
Bsmaller, already contested

Salons without booking software.

  • Keeps the salon's WhatsApp number and writes into Google Calendar
  • Already targeted by Time Globe, term-in and Glammaro
  • Only if pilot salons say why they would not pick those

Riskiest assumption

Salons will pay a separate vendor €29 a month for AI booking when their own booking software sells or bundles the same thing.

Legal must-check before launch

AI disclosure at the first message Art. 50 AI Act, from 2 August 2026, not delayed Cooley. Meta's AI-provider clause and a human handover. Data processing agreements with Meta, the messaging provider and the AI provider. Consent-based outreach § 7 UWG.

A second reviewer argued for CHANGE. Kept: with Twilio a small salon costs about €11, not €49; Time Globe costs 99,90 € at 100 bookings; Salonized has 2018 booking endpoints behind whitelisting and Timify sells API access. These set the condition to reopen, not evidence to build.
